José Torres Cadena
José Joaquín Torres Cadena (born July 15, 1952), also known as J.J. Torres, is a former football (soccer) referee from Colombia.
Torres Cadena served as a FIFA referee for several international tournaments, including the 1989 FIFA World Youth Championship〔FIFA. ("Match Report: Norway - Iraq 0:1 (0:0)" ). February 17, 1989.
